Here at iFitness, we strive to create the highest quality products available on the market. We stand behind our products and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason please follow the policy below.

 

 


 

For defective products:


iFitness inspects all products before leaving the factory. However, should a customer find the item defective, please notify us right away. We will take it back and replace it.  

 

 

 


 

For unused products:


iFitness accepts returns or exchanges for any unused product within six months of purchase.

Products must have original tags and packaging. Returns will be fully refunded excluding shipping costs and any promotional code discounts.

 

 

 


 

For used products:


iFitness does not accept back used products for a refund or an exchange unless it is defective within six months of purchase. Product will be exchanged for the same item.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. However if you do have an issue, please contact us as we will try our best to evaluate your particular case.

 

 

 


When Will I Get Credit for My Return?

 

 

Received returns are generally processed within three business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

1)      Contact us: info@iFitnessinc.com 

2)      Include in email: name, issue and purchase date.

        3)      We will provide you with an RMA and return address.
