Orders can be shipped anywhere in the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders can also be shipped to APO/FPO and Puerto Rico addresses.  

 

Order Confirmation

When you place an order on iFitnessinc.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, contact our Customer Service at info@iFitnessInc.com. 

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number

 

 

SHIPPING

  • In stock items are shipped within 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays or special promotions)  
  • We use UPS, FedEx ground or US Postal so you can expect to receive your product within 4-7 days  
  • For NEXT DAY or 2nd DAY deliveries, orders placed before 2:00 pm will be shipped the same day (Monday through Friday – see rates below). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day
  • International orders may take anywhere between 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. We are only able to track the packages until they enter customs. If you would like to pay for registered mail so that you are able to track the package, please place a phone order with one of our customer service representatives during our office hours or email for rate information. Rates vary depending on country and size of order.
  • We are not responsible for domestic or International packages that are lost, damaged or stolen by the US  Postal Service.
